ADVENTURES IN BABYSITTING

Emma and I got to babysit some pretty cool kids tonight.

One of my best friends, Tonya, and her husband had a Christmas party to attend.

So I got to babysit her 3 adorable children.

Emma had a blast playing with Lucas and Livi.

And I got to hold this precious baby boy all night.

If this doesn't give me baby fever nothing will.

A few nights ago we drove up to West Frankfort and checked out Candy Cane Lane.

Emma was in heaven!

She really loved that she got to get out of her carseat and sit on Mommy's lap.

It doesn't seem like very long ago I was posting about Emma moving out of her crib to her toddler bed. One of her birthday gifts was a big girl bed. She's graduated from her toddler bed to a twin bed. She loves her new bed.

Emma turned 2 on November 27th!!

I can't believe it's been 2 years since I gave birth to the most beautiful baby girl in the world!

She was so excited for her birthday this year. It is all she talked about for weeks.

NOVEMBER RECAP

I haven't posted in a long time. So here's a quick catch up on what we've been up to.

November was warmer than usual so we took advantage of it.

We spent one Saturday afternoon at Castle Park with Talan and Penny.

Emma had so much fun she fell right asleep when we left the park.

Which made for a perfect opportunity for Penny and I to hit the mall.

November also marks a milestone in Emma's life.

Her very first MisterMisty from DQ.

Since November is birthday month, Emma got her 2nd birthday and Christmas pictures done.
