THE LONGEST POST EVEEEERRRRR!!!

I've been a bad blogger lately.

So I have a lot of catching up to do.

Here's what we've been up to...

The girlies in their Easter shirts Andrew's aunt Sheila made them.

Speaking of Easter... we died and decorated Easter eggs.

Emma also decorated Drew with the stickers that were for the eggs.

We saw the Easter Bunny on Good Friday.
Emma was sure to ask him to bring her Easter basket a day early.

And he did!

After Easter baskets we went to an Easter Egg Hunt at church.

It was rainy and stormy out so the hunt had to be done inside.

We got up bright and early on Easter morning to attend SonRise Service.

We got ready for regular services at mom's.

Here are the girlies in their Easter outfits.

King's Kids sang on Easter morning.

Emma's on the front row (turquoise hair bow and pink pants).

The whole family came to my mom's house for Easter lunch and had an Easter Egg Hunt...

Again inside because of the stinkin rain!

Have I mentioned that it rained for about a week straight here?

Terrible!

I think the Mississippi River reached new flood levels.

We were so desperate for some outside play time that one evening the rain let up for a couple hours so Emma headed out to play.

Drew has been staying busy.

She loves to get her hands on anything that sits still.

We got her highchair down from the attic.

She looks so tiny in it.

Emma is still loving dance.

Her recital is coming up in a week or so, she is so excited!

I mentioned we've had horrible weather right?

Since we dont have a basement we go to Andrew's work since they do.

One day we hung out there for a while.

We were under tornado warnings and some funnel clouds were spotted a few miles from us.

Once the weeks of rain finally ended we celebrated at the park!

Gosh! I love this girl!

And this girl!

Drew tried cereal for the first time.

As you can tell, she was super excited!

She didn't eat it too well the first try but she's got it figured out now.

We had our Women's Spring Banquet (Mother/Daughter banquet) last weekend.

These girls have the best MawMaw ever! So thankful for her and all the time she spends with her grandbabies.

Emma and Drew had on matching outfits... on purpose.

Me and my mom... not so much on purpose.

Emma and her besties!

I've been debating on getting Drew's ears pierced.

Drew is now the age of Emma when she got hers pierced.

I think we're going to wait another month though just because she's sooo tiny still.

I guess she'll just have to stick to clip-ons for now.

See? I told you she was becoming a pro with her cereal!

I tried to get the girls to take a picture with me on Mother's Day.

In finally gave up and gave in... here's how Emma wanted us to pose.

We went to the park with the family on Mother's Day.

Andrew and I took off work on Monday and took the girls to the zoo.
